Before & After of The Peninsula Suite at The Sandbanks Hotel
On 7th December, South Coast Events, along with a great group of suppliers, created a ‘Greatest Showman’ themed Christmas Party for Codestone, a Poole based company, at The Sandbanks Hotel in Poole.
We, along with Karen from Simply Elegant Occasions, draped the ceiling with red and white materials and festoon lights, to create a circus look. We also alternated chairs with red and white chair covers to tie in with the theme.
Codetone’s Caroline Downing created lots of finishing touches for the event, such as personalised name cards for the back of the chairs. She also arranged balloons and uplighters.
We hired giant CIRCUS lights for the event which created a great focal point at the stage area. Codestone also had a vodka ice luge, which you can see in the image above on the left with our giraffes flanking it.
We created centrepieces for the event which consisted of giant playing cards, a ringmaster hat, admission tickets, popcorn, a red and white feather and mini festoon lights. Caroline from Codestone added table numbers she had created.
When guests entered the room, there was a wow factor with the bright colours, draping and lights.
