ORGANIX 25th ANNIVERSARY AWAY DAY
We chatted with the team to find out what the aims were for the day and elements that needed to be included. They wanted the day time section of events to be about what the company had achieved and where they’re going, a dinner in the evening and accommodation.
Although they wanted to stay local to Bournemouth, we suggested Burley Manor, as it’s only 20 minutes up the road and a small, boutique hotel with focus on locally sourced food, which align with the Organix ethos. It was perfect for this occasion as Organix could have exclusive use of the hotel.
Burley Manor have a barn located behind the hotel, which is used for events. During the day, Organix used this space for presentations and in the evening we turned it around for dinner and celebrations. The team then retired to the main hotel afterwards.
We sourced a venue and the suppliers for the day and liaised with all of them, leaving Organix to concentrate on their presentations and celebrating their fantastic achievement of 25 years!

THE ORGANIX CHRISTMAS PARTY
Organix are a team of approx. 50 people who work very hard, so naturally, they want to recognise their staff for their hard work.
They came to us after deciding to hold their Christmas party in their office space. Their worry was that the staff would feel like they were coming to work, instead of a party.
We discussed the Winter Wonderland theme and assured them that we could completely transform the area.
In the space where they would be sitting down to eat, draping with fairy lights were hung, to cover the industrial looking ceiling and the tables were covered in white trees, baubles and candles. The entrance to the area had a white carpet lined with lanterns and fir cones and a wintery arch way. Outside in the courtyard area was a canopy of lights with white trees and lanterns dotted around and a marquee with heaters, to keep the chill off.

PRIVATE FESTIVAL EVENT
Kim & Matt enlisted our help as they are both very busy people and don’t have a lot of time. We planned Kim & Matt’s wedding through our sister company, South Coast Weddings, but they wanted to extend the celebrations to the following day so that they would be able to spend more time with their guests.
Originally, they had planned to have a gathering at the hotel where they were staying the night of the wedding, but after spending lots of time with them and getting to know their personalities, we quickly realised that we should suggest another plan. We created a board of images and sent the idea over to them, which they immediately loved. And so, Hawkfest was created! We absolutely loved pulling this event together with lots of fun elements and surprises throughout the day.

SURPRISE 40th BIRTHDAY
Karolina contacted us as she wanted to hold a surprise 40th birthday for her husband but as he was self-employed and often popped home, she was struggling to find the time and keeping it a secret!
Karolina had lots of ideas of what she wanted the event to look like, which was extremely helpful for us. It was to be an intimate event in the family’s garden with 40 close family and friends.
The colour scheme was gold and black. Guests arrived to an entrance way of a balloon canopy and large floral arrangements. Walking through to the garden, guests were greeted with a beautiful marquee with tables set up with beautiful black and gold table decorations and florals. The chairs had white drapes and gold clasps, which created a really elegant feel.
